Tamotsu Shinohara
Tamotsu Shinohara (篠原 保, Shinohara Tamotsu, November 7, 1965) is a Japanese illustrator and character designer from Kagoshima City, Kagoshima Prefecture. He works in a wide range of fields, including anime and toys, focusing on character design for special effects.
