Alexandr Vartanov
Aleksandr Rubenovich Vartanov (born March 13, 1977, Moscow, USSR) - Russian director, screenwriter and actor.
In 1995-2000 he studied at Moscow State University. MV University at the Faculty of Journalism. In parallel with his studies at Moscow State University, he entered VGIK on directing to the workshop of Gennady Poloka. Education in VGIK - unfinished.
One of the first participants of “Teatr.doc”, in which he took an active part from the day of its foundation (2002) until 2006.
As a director, he staged about two hundred readings and special festival events at the “Lyubimovka” and “New Drama” festivals.
