
Mrs. Jackie Oh!who rose to fame with her presence on MTV and VH1 series Wild ‘N Out, He died. The news was announced on the series’ official Instagram page, though no cause of death was given. TMZ reports that the TV star whose real name was Jacqueline Smith, died Wednesday in Miami, reportedly while in town to undergo a “post-maternity plastic surgery.” She was 32 years old.
“We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacqueline Smith, known to the world as Jackie Oh, The Talented Wild in Out A family member whose influence will be appreciated and lost forever,” the ad reads. Jackie Oh has been a loving friend and fellow cast member of Wild N’ Out for five seasons. Most importantly, she was a great mother to three beautiful children. BET Media Group expresses our deepest condolences to the Smith family, DC Young Fly, B Simone, Nick Cannon, and all the friends who have loved and cared for Jackie Oh during this difficult time.”
Smith was romantically involved with DC Young Fly after the pair first met on set Wild ‘N Out in 2015. At the time, Smith was already starring in the show, and though she’s since left, DC Young Fly remains a huge part of the show. for every ETHe was reportedly filming in Atlanta when he heard of Smith’s death. The couple had three children together: Nova, Nala, and Prince.
Smith was active on social media which led to her untimely death. Just days before her death was announced, she posted a YouTube video of a trip she took to the cinema with her three daughters to watch it. the little Mermaid. She also recently documented a trip to Disney World, showing more of her family life and the quality time she was going to spend with her kids before her untimely death shortly after. Smith’s latest Instagram post, which was shared on May 19, revealed that her three kids are fast asleep.
“So glad she documented things. Her kids will have so many memories and videos to watch,” reads one of the top comments on the YouTube video.
Another fan wrote, “I’m so glad you documented so much of your life. Not for us but so the kids can look back and see how much you loved them and how you were a famous mom focused on having fun with the kids. Sorry about that, your life was cut short.”
Smith has since left Wild ‘N Out To focus on pursuing new endeavors. She’s found a new job as a realtor and recently launched a lip gloss line called the J Nova Collection.
