with Superman: Legacy In the works of the writer and director James Gunnthere were a lot of rumors and speculations about what will happen with Guardians of the Galaxy The new Helmers in Man of Steel. So far, not much has been revealed about the movie, other than that it will follow a younger version of Superman than the one played by Henry Cavill in the SnyderVerse. Gann agreed if Lex appears in Superman: Legacy, the depiction will be as “basic and true”, not an exaggerated depiction. With that said, it looks like Gunn might not have been so quick to publicly announce Rosenbaum as the better Lex Luthor if he had cast someone else to play the role. Wouldn’t that also mean he’s presenting an inferior Lex in his next movie? Or is Rosenbaum’s portrayal just a set bar that Gunn hopes to match Superman: Legacy? In any case, it is still not clear if Lex will appear in the series Superman: Legacy Or not…which is exactly how Gunn wants things to be.
