What will Legend 2 be like?
The first installment of I Am LegendLike the book, it tells the story of Robert Neville, the only survivor left in New York City after a zombie apocalypse has claimed millions of lives around the world.
Trying to survive in a house that he had to turn into a fortress to avoid being attacked, Robert searches for a cure to reverse the effects of the infection, and goes in search of test subjects for his experiments. But on one of his outings, something goes wrong, and he is saved by a woman and a girl.
In the movie’s famous ending, Robert sacrifices himself trying to save the rescuers, as zombies follow them to a shelter where there are supposed to be more survivors. However, since Smith will be returning for the sequel, it is assumed that the new story will follow an alternate ending to the I Am Legend Where the protagonist lives.
In addition to the Oscar-winning actor, the film will be shown creed star Michael B. Jordan, though details about his character are still under wraps. Details about the plot of the sequel are also a mystery, but it will be set years after the original film, possibly following Robert again and a new hero.
