Man, I think it would be great, and I think everyone involved said they would. Greg Garcia went and pitched it to a number of studios, and nobody was there. I think when you see shows that come back for a revival, like I think they did with Will & Grace and Full House, those were much bigger shows than My Name Is Earl. My Name Is Earl did well, but I don’t think it was always as big as Will & Grace.”

Suple also shares his belief that Garcia and his former buddies are still as interested as he is in revisiting the world of My name is Earl. The actor even says how much he likes the concept Garcia had in mind of how the story would end. With that said, Suplee also admits that he thinks it’s unlikely the series revival will happen at this point.
I think we’d all do it, and we’ve talked about doing it, and Greg Garcia has explained what the last episode might have been if he had been notified, like, ‘This is it,’ which is very good. It would really be the cherry on top of My Name is Earl, So I’d like it to happen, but I don’t have much hope that it will.”
